Harp string wound tight is a stiff sacrum

The music of anxiety attracts a

Crowd of one,

Audience held hostage at edge of seat.

Threats at metaphoric knife-point,

Tongue-lashings lather;

Tongue severs a Stradivarius.

Cacophony scoffs in orchestra pit,

Conductor twitches

Like a conductor.

Dissolving pill is curtain-down

Intermission awaits act two.
