Boon, Please

Pardon the faculty of removal.   The mouth

dictates distaste, the ability to vomit

aggravated thoughts.   As if daily

struck across the cranium, the mind

with adequate supply of buckets,

bins for refuse, discovers ability

to forget—at times carving chagrin

into the visible forehead.   The hand

can hold myriad of birds, seashells,

another hand contaminated with envy.

Releasing is appropriate, a sculpture

visited daily within the building

of the mind's design.
